Weak and shakey....still

Tomorrow I will be one month post op. I expected to feel so much better by now. I feel weak and shakey several times a day. I don't have any energy to do much. When does this crappy feeling go away? I am ready to get going.

In my DS support group we had several try the Vitamin Patches and all of them had bad lab reports for blood work. A better option is liquid or Bariatric chewables. Vitamin Patches do not give you everything you need.
