  9. Berry, I walk at least 5 days a week for 50-60 minutes.
  10. Almost 4 months out and my avg weight loss now is only 1lb weekly. I'm curious what some of you ladies/men calorie intake is. I'm at 1000. Is 1000 calories too low u think? I was 216 day of surgery and I'm down to 182. I was 251 but was able to get down a lot before surgery
  11. thank you, i can eat more than 2 ounces, in fact im up to 3/4 c on some foods so i was surprised this happen tonight, and i still have foamies, feel like i hate a whole pizza, ughhhhhh. How did you get that widget weight thing, i like that
  12. Im 5 weeks out of surgery and have been doing great, maybe a lil too good lol. There has been about 4 times where i feel like theres something stuck in that area where your ribs meet . the pain can progress up my esophagus. Tonight i ate 2 ounces of rotisserie chicken and i could feel pain coming again, except this was worse than other times and to the point where i got nauseated. after 10 minutes of this i simply made myself puke and i instantly felt better. One time i do fine/perfect with a certain food then next time i eat it, this might happen. Im trying to take smaller bites, chew food better but as many know its a hard habit to break but I AM TRYING. Whats some of your opinions on this. Plus first time ive had foamies too since surgery. just makes no sense to me cause i ate beef jerky 2 days ago and this didnt happen.

  14. That was me, barely getting 25-30 oz in and lucky if I was taking in 500 calories a day. I called the dr and they said to try the vitamin patches as there was no way I'd handle pill form yet. I couldn't even walk I was so weak, but just like that it turned around
  15. I felt like crap for 2 weeks.....until I started the vitamin patches n then I perked up. I'm month out and starting to try diff foods. Sometimes when I swallow, it hits really bad down further than goes away, maybe too big of bites?? Not chewing up enough??
  16. It come n goes and I was fine til about 18 days after surgery. I get this disgusting taste that seems to be coming up my sinuses?? It's like mediciney tasting, like a powder, I'm praying it goes away. Anyone experience this???

  18. Introversion:: so do u think that's ally pouch could handle or maybe fish was getting stuck since it was a harder protien??I'm scared it'll happen again. Like I said it was a sharp pain then go away then come back. After a few minutes it never came back.
