Ask how many surgeries the doctor has performed. What are the pre surgury tests that are needed. How long does it take to get set up with a surgery date? Is there a pre-surgery diet? How long will I be out of work? How do you do fills and where are they performed? Fill schedule? Are fills covered by insurance or paid out of pocket? Is there a psychiatric screening required?

Thats about all I can think of. Good luck. Glad you are researching
