Sugar Free Syrups

So I made a protein "ice cream" as a different way to get in my protein. 1 scoop of protein powder, 1 cup skim milk, and 1 packet of Splenda frozen as I was wondering if I could put some sugar free chocolate syrup on it or even in it the next time I make it?!
