Pre Surgery Liquid Diet

OK on my 3rd day of seven in liquid diet shakes. Today I used a vanilla Atkins shake and I added a few shakes of cinnamon and nutmeg. Mmmmm eggnog flavor very fun trying to spice up our shake lives.

That sounds like a great idea. I have vanilla premier protein shakes and might start doing the same thing. Thanks for the suggestion!

I still don't understand how anyone can get down five shakes a day they are filling. The most I've gotten down is three, thank God I'm having sleeve done on the 21st. I'm still lucky I only needed 7days of liquid diet. Wednesday will be here in the blink of an eye, actually 4 days and a wake up!!
