Week 5

Anyone hit like a wall of no energy at week 5? I've had a smooth recovery back to work in three weeks and all of a sudden I feel so off.

  • I felt similarly, amazing how much faster you recovery further on, it wasn't until like week 6 that's was like I feel normal now.

  • Thank you good to hear I'm not going crazy or the only one feeling like this. I'm gonna try to up the water and keep plugging along

  • Part of me is wondering if I've been pushing it and that's why.

I'm at 5 weeks also...I too have noticed that I am weak this week...hard for me to go for walks and the gym...I did but not the same energy I had last week. I'm eating ok and drinking and taking my vitamins but I do feel "off" also.

Maybe I have been pushing it also...I am older...just turned 60..I'll be plugging along beside you:)

It has been slow for my recovery also... but I knew that would happen....60 years old here...but can now help around the house...still can't lift much but it's getting better...some days I have to make myself workout and take my walks
