I just had my surgery on the 12th and just got out of the hospital today and I have moved my bowls 4 times today is this normal or should I call my doctor please help?

Are you getting protien shakes or clear liquids? If it continues I would call my doctor because diarrhea is one of the symptoms you should call and let them know about

You're lucky... it took me 11 days! Your body is just getting rid of all the junk. I wouldn't be too concerned unless it's dark black or bloody. If you're really concerned, give your surgeons office a call.

Liquid diets = lots of trips to the bathroom.
