Any tips/tricks for getting all that water in?

Before surgery, I would drink unsweetened iced tea from morning to night. I've been good about giving up the tea, but just can't get this water down. Got 64 oz one day....but usually get just 30-40 oz. I have health problems, so worry about dehydration. My best day, I drank 1 oz every 15 min....but still didn't get to 64!

pray tell....how do you do it?

Have you tried room temperature or warm fluids? I couldn't drink anything cold for the first 2 weeks because I had a similar problem.

Praying here.

I have also struggled since switching to foods and having to space out food and water.
I just keep at it. I'll even set an alarm as a reminder I can start drinking.
