We have similar stats. I could use a buddy. How are you managing now? I agree every day is a struggle. Would like to hear more about it if you're willing to share.

Wow!!! Our stats are similar. I don't mind sharing at all. I would love to be your buddy. Send me a message if you have any questions. As I said in my post it is a struggle. I still struggle with cravings. I just don't give in. I think about why I had the surgery and I get through it. When the cravings a arise I try meditation or reading. I just think that I have to be successful at this. Prior to surgery I was taking 2 shots and 4 pills a day for diabetes. Also 2 pills to control my blood pressure. I don't want to go back there. That is motivation enough. I also attend a support group.

I'm also having trouble getting in all of my nutrients. I try to log everything I eat. I focus on protein and make sure I take all of my vitamins. I hope I answered your questions. If you have any questions please feel free to ask.
