Hi

Hi everyone...I was banded Oct. 3/07. I'm feeling a little down today and really want to eat something solid. I guess that is normal but it has me a little worried.

Anyway looking forward to reading all of the posts and getting lots of suggestions to help me along.

Thanks

Nancy

Nancy,

Hang in there...don't eat before you are supposed to....stay well hydrated and just don't give up....the first couple of weeks are the hardest...it will get easier..and you will be so glad that you stuck with it...you don't want to mess up your band..so follow the rules...
