Depends where it is. I couldn't be on my stomach at all right now (exactly ten days out) and I'm tired. Like TIRED. I'm also 53 and ya know. You may be younger and bounce back just fine.

Also, wouldn't you want to wait to see what your body does after surgery. Skin shrinking could change the look

I would reschedule Your tattoo appointment because everyone heals different and you need to rest and make sure you are well enough before doing anything else and also you don't want to risk getting a bad infection if any complication. Of course you must make the best decision but I would take it one step at a time. You can always get it another time. ?. Best of luck

Definitely wait, you want your body to focus on healing up your insides and incisions, and you don't need another thing to worry about washing and tending to, and potentially getting infected.
