I started this journey after my best friend was diagnosed with breast cancer at 35, my husbands grandfather passed, I was teach at a school where we had a school shooter, my grandfather passed and there morning we woke up after his funeral my husbands grandmother had passed all within 6 months. I have 10 nieces and nephews under the age of 10 and I had too much going for me not to get healthy. I had my first consultation in August and then surgery on January 6th. I am amazed at how well I feel, how much energy I have and that I am now training for a 5k! I have zero regrets about my decision to take back my life and learn to eat to live instead of living to eat. Hw: 342
