Whoop! I'm officially post-op! VSG was yesterday and I'm considering it my new birthday. What a life changer!
I have been having most of my pain over the RUQ, where my gall bladder used to be. It was the pain causing me to use my PCA pump the most. When the doc rounded last night he told me he found and repaired a ventral hernia (also called an incisional hernia).
The day was okay otherwise. Got up and walked some. The night had been a little rough. Can't wait for the Upper GI leak check this morning to get to have some ice chips.
Hope everyone else who went yesterday is doing well, and blessings to everyone to go in today.
