I lost 20 lbs during the pre-op diet, but haven't lost a single lb after that. Was sleeved on 5/9, today is 5/15. I know it's only been 6 days, but I'm disappointed that I haven't even dropped a pound. I'm following post-op perfectly, only protein powder, water and 2 ozs of creamy chicken soup now & then, plus a protein shake now & then. Getting 300-500 calories per day, and 50-80 grams of protein per day. What gives?

I also had surgery on 5/9. Morning of surgery at hospital I weighed 228, once I was discharged home the next evening, I weighed in at 234.6...I was up 6.6 lbs! I currently weigh 226.4 lbs as of this morning. So I have lost 8.2 lbs, but 6.6 lbs were from hospital fluids. So actually I've lost 1.6 lbs! HA :) So my body has been through a lots in 6 days! Hang in there and we will start sending results soon, I hope! :D
