Early stall? Is this common?

I had my VSG on 4/10/17. My surgery weight was 355 and I managed to lose 20 pounds the first week. Since then, I've been at 335. I've done workouts/walks every day since surgery. I started stage 3 foods this week, and I'm getting my required amount of protein, water, and vitamins.

Just want to know is everything okay?

Search "three week stall." You appear to be right in the middle of it. My advice is to stick to your plan, make meeting your protein and water goals your full-time job, and stay off of the scale

  • Ugh I get it. I had surgery 4/12, so tomorrow makes 2 weeks. I'm down only 8 pounds and the scale isn't budging. To say I am frustrated is an understatement.

Good luck!
