Just wanted to share my progress picture. I've never been too fond of taking shirtless photos, because I've never been in shape. Abs are beginning to form and I'm excited for it! HW: 389 lbs SW: 355 lbs (4/10/2017) CW: 278 lbs Shirts went from a 4XL to an XL. Jeans went from a 54 to a 44. Body fat went from 38% to 20.5%.

Anyone else plateau 2-3 weeks post-op?
I lost 20 pounds my first week, and didn't lose for the next 4 weeks. It's your body readjusting to everything.

Question about protein shakes
I use powdered peanut butter to make mine taste better, because mine also tastes terrible by itself.

Tailbone pain??????
I'm only about a month or so post op, but has anyone ever had pain in their tailbone/coccyx when sitting?

My stall finally broke!
I was sleeved on 4/10/2017, and within the first week I had lost 20 pounds. (Started at 355 and ended up 335)I'd heard of the "3 week stall" but I didn't think it'd come after only a week... well it did. I remained my same weight for 3 weeks, but I didn't get too discouraged because my body fat percentage was going down and I lost 17 inches all around during that 3 weeks. Hopped on the scale this morning, and I was down to 329! My goal weight is around 235-240 but I'm sure it will change the closer I get to it, so I will see.

Early stall? Is this common?
I had my VSG on 4/10/17. My surgery weight was 355 and I managed to lose 20 pounds the first week. Since then, I've been at 335. I've done workouts/walks every day since surgery. I started stage 3 foods this week, and I'm getting my required amount of protein, water, and vitamins. Just want to know is everything okay?

Weight Loss Challenges
So I checked in with the club. They said they calculate for body fat loss and muscle gain/maintenance. If you're losing muscle, then you can't win. Fat loss only. With that being said, they told me I could still participate.

Weight Loss Challenges
So, there's a local fitness group that's conducting a weight loss challenge, and the winner gets a free trip. I'm scheduled for WLS (sleeve) in 9 days, but I really want to do the challenge. Would entering the challenge be "cheating" since I'm getting surgery?

What are your I can't wait until thoughts
1. I cant wait until I can shop in regular clothing stores. 2. I cant wait until I can fit in a plane seat comfortably. 3. I cant wait until my shoes dont lean anymore. 4. I cant wait until I ride roller coasters again. 5. I cant wait until I can do 50 pushups straight. 6. I cant wait until I can run a sub-9 minute mile. 7. I cant wait until I can fit comfortably in all restaurant booths. 8. I cant wait until I can jump higher on the basketball court and dunk again.
