Liquid diet!

Hey everyone! So excited to be here with all of you amazingly strong and inspirational VSGers :D I just started my pre-op liquid diet on Sunday and have my final apt with surgeon on May 8th. No one really knows other than my close family and I plan to keep it that way. But I also know that I need a support system. I have been reading everyone's success stories and advice and I am so excited to go through this journey with you all!

    "they" say look, learn, and listen - yep very true!!

    read all the boards, get advice etc. you probably will

    see questions from others, that you were thinking

    about too. try and absorb as much as you can. we

    are all wonderful people (esp. me:D) ready, willing

    and usually able to answer your questions!! you will

    get plenty of support too!!
