Interesting Protein Supplements (post your finds!)

Hey all! I am just over a year out and doing very well. One of the things I have compromised on however, is coffee. I missed it and had a few things happen in the past year (unrelated to my surgery) which caused several sleepless nights. I fell off the wagon when it comes to coffee. I found this on Kickstarter, and it made me think that there are likely others like me out there, that would at least like to get a "helping hand" out of there coffee!

Take a look toss them some funds if you, like me think this will be beneficial to you to meet your Protein goals. They are apparently looking to do tea as well! Also, if you have found any other neat ideas to help folks supplement their protein intake, post them as a response.

  • For coffee, have you tried Fairlife milk? It has a bit of sugar, but not a whole lot, and it's enriched with protein. There's a regular and a chocolate, and each is a decent calorie/protein breakdown!

I'd like to try this. I hear people putting protein in their coffee, but I can't get past that protein powder taste. It's not that great. I've done protein shakes for a long time and always manage to make it taste better with various veggies/fruits, etc....but not with coffee.

I love Fairlife milk! I use it for cereal and for shakes. I always buy it on sale..it has a long shelf life, just like organic milk, just extra grams of protein.
