Stall after a week...

As of today I have lost almost 23 pounds including my 2-week diet. The first week after I was dropping weight so fast, and this week I haven't lost anything. I don't know if this is a stall, or I'm not doing something right. Is that normal? I'm getting really discouraged already.

Right now, you should be focusing on meeting your protein and water goals. Everything else will come in time.
