Monthly period cravings

I'm about two weeks out and worried about how my monthly period will get me derailed of my diet on my monthly I would normally have soda and candy Chocolate mostly brownies macadamia cookies n milk what do u guys do

Ouch sounds like my cravings lol but I didn't give in to them at all for at least 4 months post to scared and to motivated to lose. You can eat sugar free pops it might settle the craving a little. When you get further ahead I make a hot chocolate that I got addicted to, it's water unsweetened coconut milk, unsweetened coco powder and splenda top it off with a small amount of fat free ready whip. That settles my chocolate cravings
