Vbg problem s

I had a vbg in 2005 and suffered sickness and bloating ever since. I was told that I had a problem that surgery cannot solve insinuating that it was all in my head. In February 2017 they finally discovered that my staple line has come undone and that my gastric band was not allowing much to pass through. They are looking to revise my original op to a roux en y. . Has anyone else had similar problems

I just got sleeved, so I cant answer your question but can you please tell me how that happened to you? I was under the impression that your stomach scars itself permanently shut on the staples. Did they tell you what/how it happened?
