over to the next person ;)

okay, will do one more lol

2. Pork Chops (Boneless); 26 g per 3 oz serving

Chicken breast is 24 grams per 4 oz serving. 90% lean hamburger meat is 22 grams per 4 oz serving. Wild-caught salmon is 20 grams per 4 oz serving. While not as protein rich as meat, cottage cheese is 13 grams for a 4 oz serving and puts a little bit of carb-friendly dairy in my life.

My surgery was August 2016 and I'm still having trouble getting 3oz of anything down in one sitting. I tend to spread tiny meals across the day. Seems to be the only way I can do it without feeling sick. I think a large part of it is knowing your body and what works for you which is something I learned on this forum. I feel healthy and energetic and have been losing weight steadily...although slowly. I'm OK with that. I'm very grateful for all the patients who have gone before me and had to figure all this out on their own. Thank you!!

I love to eat grilled shrimp. 19g protein for 3oz.

My main go to lunch is pouch of tuna 14-19grams of protein per pouch and a Serving of low fat cottage cheese @ 14grams of protein. Lunch is less than 200 and you will be FULL!! I'm almost 8mos post and down 113!

I add protein powered to my plain Greek yogurt. Boosts it up tremendously!
