Hi, I had 6 pills to take daily after surgery. 3 tablets & 3 capsules. The surgeon told me to stagger them through the day. Just be aware that when you take them at first with liquid it's going to hurt, but that will go away. Good Luck!

    Yes taking antacid capsule did kinda hurt at first.
    But the 2 ND week I was told to open capsule and mix with unsweetened applesauce which works perfectly.
    My multi vitamin is chewable in which I crush will fine.
    My calcium &Mag. Is liquid.
