Sick???

I woke up nauseated this AM. And also no weight loss noted this am. I had VSG surgery 3/10/17 and I was trying to vomit. Didn't have anything to vomit up I laid down and took a zofran. I didn't have anything to eat yet today. I took my meds and drank water. I'm still laying here. I don't feel good. I wander if it was something I ate yesterday, or it it something I'm eating too much of, or was it taking my meds this am. I don't know what it was but I don't want it to happen again. EVER.

So sorry :( ! I'd avoid what you ate yesterday just to make sure. We were told to introduce only one new food at a time to see if it works. I also had a very short list of foods to start with. My surgery was on the 6th.

I'm not eating much. Not a lot of different things. I'm eating jello, broth, I did take 3 small drinks of chocolate milk yesterday. I bet that's it. I felt like my sugar was getting low so I took a few small sips. Something messed my stomach up.
