Powdered Peanut Butter!

So I came across this. I've been trying some ingredients to spice my shakes up. I love PB but the regular one is too fatty. You can't beat these nutritional facts guys! IMG_0091.JPGIMG_0092.JPG

Oh my gosh!! I love this stuff. I can't tolerate regular peanut butter and this is a great substitute. I put it in my smoothies and carnation instant breakfast ( no sugar added). Sometimes I eat it as a powder for a snack. It is great and a main staple of my diet.

This is great, I mix with water then pour on a piece of wax paperand freeze . After frozen, you can break it up into smaller pieces.great cold snack when I crave icecream

Omg I am so going to try this! Thanks! ?

I made sauces and dressings with it as well as adding to shakes, so yes, can definitely make satay with it.
