Still sore...

Hello all,

I just had my surgery on Tuesday 7th 2017 I was sent home on the 9th. Everything is going well I'm not hungry at all but I'm still trying to get some protein in. The problem I'm having is when I cough...oh boy does it hurts.

Anybody else have their problem and when does it go away.

I haven't had surgery yet but thinking back to when I had my c section I remember how painful it was to cough. Whenever you feel a cough coming on, get a pillow and hold it close to your belly and lean forward a little bit. That should relieve a little pressure

Oh ok! I've been using the pillow but not leaning forward I shall do that.
Thank you!

I just had surgery and really don't have much pain.i walk a lot to get rid of the gas. Not bad as I thought it would be.

I did try walking as I do have a lot of gas but it hurts to stay up to long :( I'm just just keep trying though:)

I was sleeved on 3/1. It took about a week for most of the soreness in my abdomen (right side) to go away. Try walking and moving as much as you can. It helps.
