Waiting on First Fill

I am week 4-5 post op and I am starting to be really hungry and slip back into bad habits. I am still on soft foods but think I would be more full if I could eat normal food. I have my fill appointment on the 14th but my band was put in with 4 mls in it. Will another fill make a diffrence? How much do they normally put in at each fill? I am in the uk.

Hope you feel a difference! I need things to lighten up a wee bit so I can eat my food while it's at least hot LOL
