I'm 3 months post op and I ate a donut last night and it was the worst decision I've made in my life. I felt TERRIBLE. I had cold sweats, dry heaves, a headache, the worst stomach ache I've ever had, and I was even shivering. I felt like I was dying.

Needless to say I am going to be steering CLEAR of sugar from now on.

Ahh.. this is the gastric sleeve forums. I think that's why people might have been confused.

I've never heard of dumping with sleeve but given one of the posts above I might give it a look.

Dumping with the sleeve can happen with fatty, sugary, or rich food.
