Im pre op and starting to do my shopping! What are some good vitamins that I can find in Walmart or Costco?

I get my B-12 from Sam's club but my multivitamin needs to be high quality and the brand I like isn't sold at big box stores.

I would love to know what multivitamin you all take because the smell of the ones my dr sells makes me gag.

I would like to know what multivitamins to take as well. A friend recommended these but just wanted other input. I hear regular mv dont work and should be bariatric mv.

They cost about 1/2 that price purchased locally at my supplement store

I use a multivitamin patch which is so easy. I take additional D3, B12 drops and biotin.

Do the Bariatric Best Multivitamins mentioned above need to be ordered on-line?
