  2. Where is your before picture? There is no healthy way someone could lose 96 pounds in 3 months unless you just don't eat. How much did you weigh before and after surgery? Don't mislead people - weight loss is a process and life style and healthy eating habits have to be a part of your eating forever not just 3 months. I don't believe it. Who was your surgeon and where are you from? Having weight loss surgery is a tool that you use for the rest of your life - not a quick fix.

  6. I took the vitamin pills before surgery but now do the patch and feel great! I can easily swallow pills but the patch is effective and less expensive so why not! I'm 6 months since surgery, 62 years old and doing awesome! The best thing I have ever done for myself!

  10. I use a multivitamin patch which is so easy. I take additional D3, B12 drops and biotin.
  11. Just eat very slow and small bites. I used a baby spoon to make sure I didn't eat too much at one time. Also it was hard for me at first to get used to not drinking water with my meal. You could also try gas X. Are you on a prescribed medicine for gas and indigestion?
