Swelling, 2 days post-op...

I am two days post surgery. Swelling on the incision next to my belly button is huge and painful. Lots of bruising too. This is on my left side.

Can anyone give me some insight on how long this will take to normalize?

Thanks in advance.

Im 5 days and getting a little sore and swelling, but no redness or oozing either. I was wondering the same thing.

Hmmm three days post op but my largest incision is on my right side . Very swollen , bright red and bruised too. Feels more like a burn

Hi. Yes, no redness for me either. It does feel like burning with movement.
