IS IT POSSIBLE to correct a "candy cane" with endoscopic surgery

Wondering if it's possible to correct a candy cane with endoscopic surgery...I went into surgery a few years ago to have it corrected, and I had too many adhesions, and he closed me up...I've gained a lot of my weight back ...and I'm wondering if this is even possible..and was it successful?

    Technically it is excessive Roux limb.....but it causes me constant hunger, pain.. It's kinda like a candy cane pouch that shouldn't be there
