I liked Centrum chewables and had them until month six then went on regular centrum advanced.

As for Protein, I had and still have Optimum Nutrition (chocolate) for drinks. Initially I mixed the powder in a large glass of Water (20 oz) and would constantly sip it. That way I hit my protein and water early on. Now I mix it in 4 oz if I need to have a shake during the day.

Best wishes for the surgery and a speedy recovery.

If you don't like swallowing pills or chewing chalky vitamins, I highly suggest buying patches. If you get them through the store you can subscribe monthly and get a discount. I have mine set up to be delivered monthly.
