180 pounds pre op Nervous!!!

I am 25 years old female height is 5 feet 2 inches. My surgery is on 6th of march. I am very nervous about the weight loss. I have heard the weight loss for people who start low is very gradual and takes longer than everyone else?

Anybody with same weightless journey?

Those who have less to lose lose a bit slower because it takes less energy to maintain your body weight. Even for those who start at a high weight the weight comes off quickly in the beginning and gradually slows down when you start nearing your goal. You'll still lose just fine and exercising will certainly help!
