I am 4 days post op and I am experiencing pain in my legs and arms as well as my hands. I was wondering if anyone has experienced this and what to may be and what to do about it?

Yes! I did, and it was quite painful. It was actually the only side effect I had but I hurt quite a bit. My surgeon blamed the anesthesia and told me the sensation was like fibromyalgia. For me, this lasted a week. I found relief by wrapping my arms and hands in damp, warm towels and using rice socks (fill a sock with rice and hear in the micro, then apply to the painful areas). Cold did nothing to alleviate the pain. I hope that your pain goes away quickly! Good luck!

I don't know about dehydration, my pain was a deep ache, like flu, and I wasn't dehydrated. Are you achy or is it sharp pain? I do get sharp muscle cramps when I need fluids.
