Frustrated

I got approved by my insurance on 1/30/17. It's 2/11. I haven't heard anything from the coordinator song when the surgery date is when i meet with the dr. Blood work or anything. I have called her she said she was in a meeting and will call back.

I had to do the same thing just got it all and prospective date yesterday

Be persistent. Ask the insurance company if they can email you a copy of the approval and go to the Bariatric doctor office and see what the problem is.
