4 pounds

Ok my surgery is 2/15 I need to lose 4 pounds quick. My scale shows different from my surgeon scale. I wasn't on a liquid preop diet he didn't require it. I already lose 11 pounds. If I do a full liquid diet now will those 4 pounds come off any suggestions

Yes, if you absolutely stick to a liquid diet you will lose those 4lbs and more by your date. I tried a liquid diet in the past as an option for weight lost & I did lose I believe about 9-11lbs in 1 week....pure liquid with a calorie restriction (can't remember the amount) but I don't doubt that you will. Best of wishes??????
