Organic protein powder

I will be having my surgery in 2 gays I let my friend talk me into getting a organic plant based protein + chia powder in the orange top from sams club.. please has anybody tried it is it OK for the sleeve it was not on the protein list

    Well, when I started, I had some protein powder that wasn't on the approved list. My nutritionist said to use it once a day, use premier protein once a day, and not to re-buy once it's gone.

    Ask your nutritionist, but it's likely nothing major.
