Dr. Illan posted on another post here that there is no such thing as a mini rny, there is the mini gastric bypass (mgb). people are using their own terms and not medical terms.

There is RNY and MGB (or single-anastomosis bypass). Both can be done laparoscopically.

I'm being told that the mini RNY and the mini Gastric Bypass are the same, but when I read, it says something different...Can anyone enlighten me?
