Increased hot flashes?

Hi all. I am 2 years post menopause and 3 wks post GB. Since GB though I've noticed an increase in hot flashes. Anyone else experience this? Is it normal? One minute I'll be cold, then next minute hot flash hits me. Is it because hormones are in a flux?

it is probably just your body adjusting to all the shock it has been thro. many of your hormones are in your fat cells so as they use up the storage out comes the hormones also. if it continues for several months see your dr as there are medications you can take short term but they do have side effects. dress in layers and always have a fan with you. I also take baby wipes as that makes me feel fresher ( it may just be me lol)
