That's great progress! I wish you the best of luck as well. I'm so looking forward to the pureed stage. what do you do for Breakfast?

For breakfast when I began purée foods I was allowed to have eggs and cheese. But you have to eat SLOWLY and chew chew chew if not it could possibly come back up, at least it did for me.

I haven't hit the puréed diet part yet. I still have 10 more days. I am soooo looking forward to it. My nutritionist said eggs are fine but for some reason if you scramble them patients tend not to do well with them. Doesn't know why and thinks possibly when you whip them they may have too much air in them? So she recommends cooking them a different way. As for me?...I'm looking forward to some Greek yogurt! ?

I did fine with scrambled eggs and cheese but everyone is different. Try it. I use a baby spoon and fork and that helps me from falling into bad habits.

So when you did the scramble eggs did you put them in the blender to puree them? My nutritionist said to put them in the blender with milk or water. That's sounds so disgusting.
