Gas

Good Morning!!! Had my surgery in 2/2/17 I'm feeling great but the only problem I'm having is everytime I drink or eating to gas in my stomach becomes painful for like 5 seconds.... can I drink anything for these gas?

My doctor said NO soda diet or not. Said soda stretches your stomach. I stuck with the gas x strips consistently and it worked for me. It will definitely get better with time.
I also used a daily Prilosec pill prescribed by the doctor which is suppose to help the acids worked wonders.
