Ok i have a cold I'm trying to get rid of fast and I have to lose 10 pounds before Feb 14 to have surgery any suggestions. I can't do full liquid diet because it would throw my thyroid number off.

I have Hashimotos and did the liquid diet for 18 days... I asked about my thyroid and was told it would be fine. Can I ask what they say the problem. would be?

The only thing I would say is that as you lose weight you will need to keep having your bloods checked in case your dose of medication need changing.

I have hashimoto and I did the liquid diet before and got sick and my numbers were off so he postponed my surgery. So I have to do low carb high Protein diet.
