I'm 7 weeks post op RNY and still get nauseous at the site of some foods and the smells of most. The smells alone get me. When does this stop ? Please someone help. I'm taking my Vitamins anymore and I'm just able to tolerate Water.

You should probably talk to your doctor. food smells and tastes changed for me and it did get better...but to this day I cannot eat cottage cheese. Even the thought of it makes my stomach turn. I know that if I'm full, if I look at food or even think about it, I get that "watery mouth feeling" like I'm going to puke. It usually goes away pretty quickly tho.

Good luck! I hope you feel better soon!
