I am so excited to finally post after allll this hard work and appointments to attend that I am scheduled for surgery Dec 28th 2016. I just submitted my papers to the surgeons office ONLY 2 days ago and they received the ok from the insurance company today. Can you believe it??? Wow. I am truly blessed. God is awesome. This has been a journey. For those that have questions on my process working up to the surgery date please don't hesitate to ask. I will begin posting my status working up to the surgery date weekly. I will leave you all with my stats Now. HW : 386 CW : 378 GW : 175-200 Height : 5' 4 Clothing size : 24-26/ 3x- 4x I carry most of my weight in my Breast, Hips, Butt, and Thighs. I live in Maryland and I am hoping for Dec or Jan . I just finished everything. The surgeon office has all my paper work. Waiting on them to submit or call me with any other questions. I will be having RYN this year and my question is, Has anyone taken Water fitness classes? Are they good toning workouts? Have you ever used the water weights? I like water fitness classes and I want to be able to do some exercises I enjoy and not a treadmill. It's an hour class with non stop movement. What are your thoughts on post surgery workouts? Why do I have to have a gallbladder ultrasound done before surgery? You know when your in the office with the surgeon sometimes your so anxious you don't ask obvious questions. Yeah . My PCP didn't really tell me anything. Honestly I'm not going back through that process again. I'm filling out the papers seriously, that's what the surgeon office said I could do. I want to say something. I'm not saying this because it was a diet either. So in my spiritual walk with God there are times when I fast. I fasted for a week. It was a fast that consisted of No food until after 4pm . No meats, No Sweets, No Soda, No Alcohol, No Fried Foods. Even though it was Not a diet I felt amazing. Yes I was hungry at times but then I sipped on Water. While doing this I was gaining strength to be able to do this liquid diet and let his life style change. Once the fast ended I wanted some grilled chicken and turkey burgers . Let me say this my stomach is extremely bloated. I feel like crap right now I was nauseous . It just doesn't feel right. I believe we all can do what we set our minds too. I know believe that I can do this. I probably will not have surgery until the end of Dec but I am going to cut out friend foods the way I use to eat them. And just do chicken and fish. I have a pack of country style ribs in the freezer I will cook and get rid of but after that I must change. I felt lighter and more energized with out eating all that junk everyday.
