I have consult date set. I start pre op diet in one week. Then they set surgery date for sometime first of April. I haven't been nervous until now. I'm having anxious thoughts of how much Protein I need to drink and finding something I like. I bought two samples of Isopure (grape ands fruit punch) which is 40 G protein but they are huge and you have to drink two in a day. I can't hardly stand the taste now. How in the world will i be able to stand it if nauseous after surgery. Any advice on what kind to get that's tolerable? I think I wouldn't be as nervous if I could just nail down what protein shots to get that taste decent and give you the most protein for your buck. Any suggestions appreciated..

I know this is a bit late, but I actually like the Premier Protein shakes. They're 33 grams of protein per shake! And they're all mixed up ready to drink.

I have been doing busy work all week lol. I made all kinds of lists of what I need to clean and purchase before tomorrow. I over prepare for things and I'm like in hyper over prepare mode right now lol

Good luck to both of you as well!! This is the hardest day of all to wait!
