I do not ahve a date yet, but I was approved by my insurance, I just have to do some last minute things like, psych eval, medical clearance form primary doc and a copy of my thyroid report form primary doc and they set me up witha date. Hi Caramel and welcome! Congrats on your approval! I was recently approved as well and will be banded Nov. 29th. I am a neighbor, from NW Ohio. I am doing all the pre-surgical stuff now as well.
