Nervous

Hi I'm new to this I'm due for surgery tomorrow 2/3/17 I'm very excited yet very nervous any suggestions on how to kill the nerves

    I just had my surgery on 1/30 and know exactly what you are talking about. What helped me was wonderful people on this forum and reading their success stories, and also thinking about why I am doing it. I made the decision because I've been carrying the weight for my entire life I couldn't do it anymore. I could lose the weight before but I could never maintain it. My weight prevented me from doing things I wanted to. My weight was detrimental to my health and it would only get worse. Surgery is no fun, but it is a tool for a better future. Think what you are doing it. What are your reasons? It will put things in perspective and calm you down.
