  6. I was sleeved almost 2 weeks ago and currently on puréed foods. While I get full after a few tea spoons of food, I really feel hungry in between the meals even though I eat every 3 hrs as per dr orders. I didn't expect to be hungry. Is it common? Does it go away or will I always feel hungry but just not able to eat as much? Sent from my iPhone using the BariatricPal App

  9. I just had my surgery on 1/30 and know exactly what you are talking about. What helped me was wonderful people on this forum and reading their success stories, and also thinking about why I am doing it. I made the decision because I've been carrying the weight for my entire life I couldn't do it anymore. I could lose the weight before but I could never maintain it. My weight prevented me from doing things I wanted to. My weight was detrimental to my health and it would only get worse. Surgery is no fun, but it is a tool for a better future. Think what you are doing it. What are your reasons? It will put things in perspective and calm you down. Sent from my iPhone using the BariatricPal App

  22. My surgery is scheduled for 1/30. I am on my liquid diet for past 5 days and by now used to it. Lost 11 lbs. I have a lot of doubts about surgery. Keep telling myself that I can do this on my own. Although. I've done it before but always came back to same weight later. Did you have doubts before your surgery? Does anyone here regret having it?
