Mechanical - soft food

I'm starting my 3rd week of mechanical soft diet but have been eating more soft / normal food lately. Physically I feel fine but am wondering if I'll do any damage to the sleeve or stall progress by doing this? I am chewing ALOT before swallowing too. Thanks!

Definitely don't do anything fibrous, crunchy, or with seeds.

Supposed to be ground meat but am doing diced, which to me is ' normal'. Stir fry veggies too.
